History

             Keelauchani Parish was established in 1985 by separating from Sarugani Parish. Many of its substations lack proper chapels, and the local population frequently migrates in search of livelihoods. Schools were set up from the outset to enhance children's education. In 1990, the Holy Family Sisters commenced their medical and educational services in the area.

Every year on July 26th, the parishioners celebrate the feast of their patron saints, Joachim and Anne, with great joy.
